Biography

Mr. Jacobson has served as a member of the Board of Directors of MNK and Montauk USA from August 2014 until Montauk Renewables, Inc. went public (NASDAQ: MNTK) in January 2021. Mr. Jacobson served as a member of the Board of Directors of Montauk Renewables, Inc. from January 2021 until March 2023 when he voluntarily stepped down. In April 2024, Mr. Jacobson rejoined the Board by appointment . He has served as an executive director of Oceania Capital Partners, an investment holding company, since January 2012. He previously served in various executive positions with HCI. We believe that Mr. Jacobson’s qualifications to serve as a director include his global executive and director leadership experience.
